Mechelle Nichols....do I recommend her for high end residential sales.....you bet I do? WHY? She sold my high end Lighthouse Sound home in ONE DAY in a tough market during the holiday season!! I made the decision to go high quality marketing, pay the full 6% commission and then follow their advice 100%.  WOW! I did all of the things Mechelle told me to do and my house sold in ONE DAY above APPRAISED MARKET VALUE. So, my advice....hire Mechelle, follow her advice to the letter...let the team work. It worked for me!
